Injured Shkodran Mustafi set to miss Arsenal's trip to Watford

Arsenal will resume Premier League action this weekend with a trip to Watford on the back of an unbeaten run through seven outings in all competitions, with four successive victories.

Watford meanwhile, will be looking to bounce back from their heavy 6-0 defeat at the hands of Man City in their last Premier League fixture.

Arsenal are ready to thrust Laurent Koscielny back into action this weekend amid fears Shkodran Mustafi will miss at least a month with a thigh injury.

The Premier League returns after yet another drab and dreary worldwide break.

Meanwhile, Laurent Koscielny and Danny Welbeck are also at risk of missing the game due to injuries.

"Kolasinac is a minor problem, a hip problem".

We lost Mustafi for four to six weeks, I don't think he will be available before the next global break.

"Koscielny will have a test tomorrow", Wenger added. For Arsenal, they face a tricky trip to Watford to face a deceptively unsafe side who are well-drilled, industrious, and fit under the tutelage of Marco Silva.

It was in Belarus where Wilshere showed shades of the form that saw him regarded as one of England's brightest young players when he first broke through at The Emirates. I think about sorting out the problem, but overall I will decide completely tomorrow the line-up because Koscielny will have a test.

'I didn't expect him to play and Germany had already qualified.

Alexis Sanchez will be assessed when he returns from worldwide duty after he received "special treatment" following Chile's 3-0 defeat to Brazil.

Our lack of defensive experience could well pose as a problem however, with Calum Chambers, Rob Holding, Nacho Monreal, Maitland-Niles, Sead Kolasinac and Mo Elneny our only available stars for the three central roles and left-sided wing-back role.
