Kollywood Actor Vikram Son Dhruv Debut with 'Arjun Reddy' Remake

Kollywood Actor Vikram Son Dhruv Debut with 'Arjun Reddy' Remake

Arjun Reddy is soon going to be remade in all South Indian languages and Hindi also. And on Sunday, Vikram officially announced that his son will make his acting debut with the Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy. Though we have apprehensions if the star kid can carry the intense character like Vijay Devarakonda, a young hero with no image is the primary concern.

On the otherside, once again both stars Vijay and Shalini Pandey will be seen sharing the screen space in Mahanati, the biopic on Savitri, in the direction of Nag Aswin, in which Keerthy Suresh is playing the title role whereas Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen in pivotal role.

Vikram announced the news via Instagram and said that Dhruv is ready to take the leap.

Arjun Reddy was a runaway success.

Producer Mukesh Mehta also shared the news on Facebook and wrote: "We are extremely happy to share that Dhruv Vikram will be essaying the lead in the Tamil version of Arjun Reddy". We are honoured by the opportunity and confidence shown in us by Vikram and we will work towards making it a memorable launch. So, let's hope the Junior Chiyaan won't play any tough competition for his father Vikram. And Film minted Rs 41.5 crore from the worldwide box office by the end of its two-week run. But it is Vikram's son Dhruv who is doing the film.

We already can't wait to watch Dhruv in Arjun Reddy.
