Manchester City's Sergio Aguero returns to full training

Manchester City have fuelled rumours that Sergio Aguero will return sooner rather than later, after they shared a video on Twitter showing the forward walking out to train.

Speculation about the future of Messi has been rife for several months now after the Argentinian superstar - who scored a hat-trick to book his country's World Cup place on Wednesday - entered the final year of his contract at Camp Nou.

Midfielder Fabian Delph also took part in Tuesday's session having recovered from a minor knock sustained against Chelsea which forced him to pull out of the England squad.

Aguero, who suffered a broken rib in the collision, did not confirm whether he is in contention to feature in this weekend's Premier League clash with Stoke City.

"The money isn't a problem here [at City]", Aguero told Argentine channel TyC Sports.

Aguero told broadcaster TyC Sport: "The money isn't a problem here, but I think Messi, like Ronaldo, is a player who is a symbol of their club and it's hard for them to leave".

Because of the injury, the Argentina worldwide was unable to feature in his nation's crucial 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Peru and Ecuador. I'm lucky to know Maluma's agent and he invited me to his concert, which I went to.

"Today I have trained normally, but not yet with the group".

"Then one thinks "why did I [go]", but it's hard to imagine that something like that could happen".
