Musonda advised to bide his time at Chelsea following cryptic online post

The 20-year-old Belgium winger has not featured in the Premier League since coming on as a substitute in the 91st minute on the first day of the season.

Musonda's exasperation stems from a lack of playing time and recent contract negotiations, according to Goal, but his forthright message will have done little to convince Conte that he warrants a place in the Chelsea starting XI.

Chelsea management have read the riot act to Charly Musonda after his rebellious social media post yesterday.

Musonda's brother Lamisha, who plays for Belgian club Mechelen and also previously spent time in the Chelsea youth system, appeared to take a shot at the way Chelsea operate in a post which was soon deleted.

He played the full game and scored against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup in September, but it looks like his frustration might be getting the better of him during the worldwide break. And what do you get back?Literally nothing, . done.

Literally nothing... done. However, with this being said I will continue with same dedication and commitment to this great game.

Charly Musonda has criticised Chelsea on his Instagram page over a lack of first-team chances at Stamford Bridge amid contract talks with the club.

But Belgian football journalist Kristof Terreur claims Musonda had the option of first-team football this season but rejected the chance to go out on loan in the summer. "These are two players with good prospects", Conte said.

"He is working a lot to improve his physicality and we are working with him to be ready".

Speaking after Musonda's goalscoring display in the Cup, Conte suggested the talented youngster is still too lightweight for the Premier League.
