Sam Bradford again out at Vikings practice

Sam Bradford again out at Vikings practice

Asked if Bradford still had a chance to play, head coach Mike Zimmer said, "I don't know, we'll see".

The news could not have come at a worse time for the Vikings, who are gearing up to face the division-leading Green Bay Packers Sunday. For a team that has already lost promising rookie running back Dalvin Cook for the season with a torn ACL, the uncertainty only increases.

Bradford started in the Vikings' win Monday nights against the Chicago Bears but was unable to finish the first half due to his left knee injury. His timetable to return to the practice field is unclear.

Keenum will get his fourth start of the year for the Vikings (3-2).

Diggs was also injured Monday night against the Bears, suffering a groin injury. It is the second consecutive year Diggs has battled a groin injury. "(Laquon) Treadwell, same deal".

Keenum finished that game 17-of-21 for 140 yards and a touchdown, and he has generally been solid in relief of Bradford this season.

Easton will be replaced at left guard by Jeremiah Sirles, who took over for the final 10 offensive plays at Chicago after Easton was hurt.

Bradford was joined by receiver Stefon Diggs, guard Nick Easton, safety Andrew Sendejo and defensive tackle Tom Johnson missed Thursday's practice.
