A Harvey Weinstein Indictment Could Come Next Week!

NY reports that the Manhattan District Attorney's Office is looking to present a case next week to the the grand jury in hopes if indicting Harvey Weinstein on a number of charges stemming from his alleged rapes of actress Paz de la Huerta in 2010. But sources said the DA's office has chose to submit the matter to a grand jury and await an indictment before arresting Weinstein.

Manhattan District Attorney's Office spokeswoman Joan Vollero said late Tuesday "We are not commenting on the investigation or any timeline".

As you may know, Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce announced plans last week to obtain an arrest warrant for Weinstein - but now it seems DA Cy Vance will go straight to a grand jury.

Boyce said last week that investigators have interviewed actress Paz de la Huerta, who called police on October 26.

According to reports, the Manhattan district attorney plans to seek an indictment of the disgraced filmmaker next week in regards to actress Paz de la Huerta's credible claims that Weinstein raped her twice in 2010.

The Boardwalk Empire actress recently told Vanity Fair that Weinstein sexually assaulted her after offering her a ride home following a party.

"He pushed me on the bed".

The New York Police Department said Friday that it has a credible rape allegation against the Oscar victor. "And we have to move forward gathering evidence first". "No doubt. But we're talking about a seven-year-old case. He raped me", she said.

Argento tweeted out a Google Doc detailing the stories of more than 100 women who say they have been assaulted, molested and/or harassed by Weinstein. A spokesman for Cyrus Vance had also indicated on Friday that the prosecutor had assigned an investigator specializing in crimes of sexual violence in the case of Harvey Weinstein, who is accused by a hundred women harassment, sexual assault and rape.
