Flipkart to launch Billion Capture+ smartphone on Nov 15

The Billion Capture+ features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 401 PPI and 2.5D Dragontrail glass protection. The optics arrangement houses one regular 13-megapixel RGB lens and another 13-megapixel Monochrome one which, in theory, should allow the camera to capture relatively more accurate colors than the competition.
