Harvey Weinstein Sued For Allegedly Raping Actress in Hotel

Adding a new twist to the sex scandals swirling around top show biz figures and politicians on both sides of the Atlantic, an unnamed actress has accused the disgraced ex-Miramax Harvey Weinstein of sexual battery in a Beverly Hills hotel rooms in 2015 and 2016.

According to the court papers obtained by E! and various other publications, the victim - who is listed as Jane Doe in the lawsuit - stated that she met Weinstein in 2011 and kept in touch with him for various months after he offered to help boost her career. From there, he invited her to awards show parties and maintained regular communication over the next few years. "At some point, he said he wanted to masturbate in front of her", writes Allred. She said she wasn't OK with that.

Weinstein, who was sacked by the Weinstein Co last month, has sued his former employer for company records that he says could help him defend himself against sexual assault allegations, and for a wrongful termination case, according to court documents. "Despite her telling Weinstein 'no, ' Weinstein proceeded to grab her wrist with one hand while using the other to masturbate in front of her until completion".

More than 50 women have claimed that Weinstein sexually harassed or assaulted them over the past three decades and Weinstein has been expelled from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

It was also recently claimed Weinstein had allegedly hired private security agencies in an attempt to silence sexual assault and harassment allegations against him. He forcefully threw Plaintiff onto the bed.

"He pulled down her jeans and stared to orally copulate her", the lawsuit states.

"Weinstein then used his massive weight and strength to force himself on her, pushing his penis inside of her vagina without a condom".

Famed attorney Gloria Allred is representing the woman.

The allegation has been levelled by an unnamed actor who has accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct and rape on two separate incidents, which happened in 2015 and 2016 respectively, according to People Magazine.

Another woman has come forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of rape, has learned.

Weinstein's reps spoke to TMZ to deny the allegations: 'Mr. "Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances", the spokesperson said. "Mr. Weinstein obviously can't speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr. Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual".
