Samsung to bring Infinity Display to its mid-range Galaxy A series smartphones

In our review of the Galaxy A7 2017, we pointed out that the phone featured immaculate build quality, a wide camera aperture and even IP68 water-resistance, which is very impressive considering Samsung only brought these features to flagship smartphones. These come for several products, majority we already know, including the company's 2017 flagships, the Samsung Galaxy S8, S8 Plus, and the Galaxy Note 8.While there is no surprise that numerous company's gadgets won awards, the press release also states that the brand new Exynos 9810 chipset also won an Innovation Award.

The new edition of Galaxy A series is expected to hit the market early next year. But now the company has already started working on the 2018 version of Galaxy J series smartphone.

The handset is said to be powered by an octa core Samsung Exynos 7885 mobile processor and will come with 6GB of RAM. The processor has been paired with a Mali-G71 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The GFXBench listing does not reveal anything else, including the battery details.

Apart from that, the GFX listing also reveals that the phone will come with all the necessary sensors like accelerometer, gyroscope and proximity sensor and other features like Bluetooth, GPS, and WiFi. Unfortunately, the statement doesn't reveal everything there is to know about the new chipset, but it reveals enough for us to find out that it is a powerful one. The Samsung SM-J337 aka Galaxy J3 Top will feature a 5-inch 1280x720p HD screen, which will most likely be Super AMOLED. This years Galaxy A7 launched in January, so we could see the new model in January of next year. The Galaxy J3 (2017) was introduced later in India with better specs.
