Huawei P11 rumoured to feature triple lens camera

Huawei P11 rumoured to feature triple lens camera

The triple-lens rear camera say it offers 40MP and 5x hybrid zooming performance. According to the ads the phone is apparently co-engineered by camera company, Leica.

Huawei is reportedly working on the next P-series smartphone, tentatively known as P11.

The leaked image also shows that next P series smartphone will support a new Pro Night Mode to capture 100 percent more light and shoot "gorgeous night scenes" without tripod.

However, this information should not be taken as a fact, since the ads are not officially out yet and the agency, from whose portfolio these ads were leaked, has now taken them down.

Blass claims that the "Huawei PCE Series" phone in question is the follow-up to the Huawei P10, assumed to be called the Huawei P11. All of this mapping will be supplemented with machine learning and AI, which can now be found in the Huawei Mate 10 Pro.The basis of the smartphone Huawei P11 will be a proprietary 8-core processor Kirin 970 with neural unit NPU, which is created to work with photos and perform some other tasks without load on the main processor. The phone could be a successor to the Huawei P10 which comes with dual cameras set of 12MP+ 20MP on the back and 8MP front camera. While dual camera setup is becoming standard among smartphones, Huawei seems to stepping up the game with its triple camera system. The use of a trio of rear cameras hasn't really been seen before, so how the lenses would be configured - in terms of specifications like sensor setup and aperture size - is anyone's guess. The cameras will be artificially intelligent meaning that some AI magic will enable camera app for instant scene recognition and auto framing.

It is still unclear whether the Huawei will rebrand its P-series to PCE series or it's just the campaign name.
