LiAngelo Ball Details "Horrible" China Jail Stay After Shoplifting Struggle

LiAngelo Ball Details

The father of one of the UCLA basketball players accused of stealing products from a store in China has pulled his son out of UCLA because he was suspended indefinitely. LiAngelo has been, since coming back (from China), he's been tremendous as far as (he's) been to all his classes. I think it was more, maybe, "surprised.' If you're looking for one word, maybe it's 'surprised" because it's nothing that we saw coming.

And after LaMelo was pulled out of Chino Hills High earlier this year by LaVar, it seems that the next step for the younger Ball brothers is to play in Europe to get them ready for the National Basketball Association.

Alford said his reaction to Ball leaving was surprised above all else.

Emmert has spoken out on numerous occasions over the years against the NBA's age limit, which requires players to either be 19 years old when they declare for the NBA Draft or have played at least one season of college ball. In fact, ESPN's Stephen A. Smith sounded off on Ball during a Tuesday morning rant on ESPN's First Take.

Yes, Stalbergs basically burned the Balls by referencing LiAngelo's recent brush with the law following his shoplifting arrest in China as his "experience" in the field of security.

"Why for? I didn't make that decision, so I'm here", Alford said when asked if he plans to reach out to the Balls.

Ball, the middle Ball brother, did not play a single game in college after being suspended from the team - along with teammates Cody Riley and Jalen Hill. "I'm here at Pauley Pavilion every day".

LaVar said he wouldn't let "UCLA bring my boy down. If they need to talk to me, they know where to find me".

LiAngelo told "Access Hollywood" in an interview aired Tuesday on the "Today" show that his UCLA suspension is "just a long time of doing nothing. It's just you and the officers and they don't speak English". Three UCLA basketball players-Ball, Jalen Hill and Cody Riley-detained in China on suspicion of shoplifting returned home, where they may be disciplined by the school as a result of the global scandal. The eldest, Lonzo, is a guard for the Los Angeles Lakers while the youngest, Lamelo, still attends high school, although LaVar started homeschooling him this past year, a story that made headlines.

LiAngelo isn't playing anywhere now as it seems mid-major programs aren't biting, LaMelo isn't playing anything other than AAU ball right now if that, so it seems their immediate future is playing professionally somewhere.

Trump saying he should have left the players in jail. The men's exchanges escalated from there, with Trump calling Ball "an ungrateful fool".

The Big Baller Brand isn't living up to the hype on the basketball court.
