Pence And Priebus Allegedly Planned Rogue Mission To Replace Trump

It is a grand irony that Donald Trump might, unintentionally, slingshot Mike Pence to the presidency.

That's one bombshell report from The Atlantic's new story on Vice President Mike Pence. Karen in particular was "disgusted", says a former campaign aide.

"She finds him reprehensible-just totally vile", the source claimed. The article notes that GOP officials were considering running a ticket with Pence in the lead and Condoleezza Rice as the new vice presidential nominee, and that then-RNC chairman and future White House chief of staff Reince Priebus told Trump to "either drop out immediately or lose in a historic landslide".

According to the same report, published in the Atlantic on Tuesday, Trump in turn has passed judgment about the values of his vice-president. In a letter to Trump, the IN governor said he and his wife Karen Pence had to make an "assessment" about how they wanted to proceed.

"When it was reported last January that the Pences would be moving some of their family pets - which include two cats, a rabbit, and a snake - into the Naval Observatory, Trump ridiculed the menagerie to his secretary, according to a longtime adviser", McKay writes.

The video tape, made public just a month before the 2016 election, showed Mr Trump using lewd and sexually aggressive language to brag about groping and trying to have sex with women, saying "when you're a star, they let you do it".

"Regarding The Atlantic's exhausted, false claim about the VP during the campaign - we denied this in the article and deny it again today".
