Pokemon GO: Still No Timetable for Pokemon Trading

That said, certain Pokemon will be granted additional bonus effects if you catch them in ideal weather conditions.

More surprisingly, though, is that Pokemon GO is about to require going out into the rain and snow to capture every monster thanks to a new weather system. In other words, prepare to walk around with your phone out in the rain and snow. So we do continue to talk about some of the features that you mentioned, and they are on the roadmap.

Hoenn region Pokémon have been added into Pokémon Go, developer Niantic has recently confirmed. While gamers seem to be a bit more satisfied now that Niantic's made a few improvements to the game, the company promises fans that they're still looking at adding important features to the Pokemon Go like Player-vs-Player mode and Trading. So, start preparing those PokeBalls, Berries, and other paraphernalia. The changing weather will also change some Pokémon habits and allow for increased Combat Power and the ability to earn more Stardust. It's going to be a whole new game mechanic that will add a new dimension to the gameplay. In addition to the in-game map being updated with cool new weather visuals, weather near you will impact Pokémon in a variety of ways. Regardless, Pokemon trading was promised since before the game launched, so hopefully Niantic prioritizes it and PvP battles for release in 2018. For example, you'll have a larger chance of capturing Mudkip if you go out into the rain. "W$3 e definitely felt the need to bring out the Hoenn region Pokemon, so that became the focus, and dynamic weather came through that". Finally, weather will also aid your caught Pokémon; Charizard's attacks will be more powerful on a sunny day. So, get ready to explore your neighborhood in different weather.
