Zelda's The Champions' Ballad is available right now

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the frontrunner for my personal Game of the Year choice, and its nearly insane to thing the stellar Switch exclusive launched over 9 months ago. Daruk, Mipha, Urbosa, and Revali are all shown in combat in real-time; whether or not this was in the past or not is unknown. Most interesting of all is the reward Link gets for completing the challenges of The Champions' Ballad: a motorcyle.

Link is a biker now, and I mean right now.

Last month, the Nintendo eShop revealed that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's story focused expansion, The Champions' Ballad, would arrive sometime in December. Eiji Aonuma likened the cycle to the Divine Beasts wielded by the other champions. Presumably after The Game Awards you'll be able to boot up your Switch and blaze through an entire new story set within Breath of the Wild, meaning new Shrines, weapons, powers and more. "What you all just saw at the end of the trailer is a reliable partner for Link".

Well, given Nintendo has been rather evasive about what this second DLC pack actually contains, let's dig into what this new pack, dubbed The Champions' Ballad, gets you.
