'Teen Titans Go! to the Movies' Trailer Takes on DC Universe

To the Movies trailer and the answer, along with the remaining one minute and thirteen seconds of footage, makes you want this movie to come out in theaters today, as in right now.

Cartoon Network's Teen Titans is making its big screen debut later this year, but perhaps not in the way many fans expected.

In short, the Titans are heading to Hollywood in search of stardom, every other superhero seems to be getting it so they think they can too, when they come up against an evil villain with the plan for world domination. Exhausted of being seen as a sidekick, he wants to get the attention of the hottest director in Hollywood, so the Titans head to make their dream come true.

Greg Cipes (Beast Boy), and Tara Strong (Raven) are joined by Will Arnett (The LEGO Batman Movie) and Kristen Bell (Frozen). The film comes from the creatives behind the show.

Directed by Aaron Horvath, Teen Titans Go! to the Movies will hit theatres in the United States on July 27, 2018.

The wildly popular animation series is now headed to the big screen.

Teen Titans GO! To The Movies will also feature Will Arnett as the voice of Slade and Kristen Bell as Jade Wilson. "With a few madcap ideas and a song in their heart, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, certain to pull off their dream".

So why can't the Teen Titans have one as well?

The film is being directed by Aaron Horvath and Peter Rida Michail, from a screenplay by Michael Jelenic and Horvath. A huge departure from the beloved Teen Titans TV series that ran from 2003-2007, Teen Titans Go! is an off-the-wall wacky take on the characters, and often finds ways new, surreal ways to subvert the superhero genre.
