Lisa Bonet Speaks on Bill Cosby's 'Sinister' Energy

Actress Lisa Bonet has been tight-lipped in the wake of dozens of sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby, who played her father on TV in "The Cosby Show" and "A Different World". "And that type of sinister, shadow energy can not be concealed", she said.

The recent fashion magazine profile of Bonet ran the gamut, covering aspects of her personal life and her time with Cosby in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

She added, "If I had anything more to reveal, then it would have happened a long time ago. That's my nature. The truth will set you free", Bonet said.

"When she first moved here, it was just Bonet and her 5-year-old daughter, Zoë, from her first marriage to musician Lenny Kravitz", said the story.

Cosby, 80, has denied all allegations and is facing a retrial later this year on charges that he drugged and assaulted a woman inside his Philadelphia home in 2004.

Bonet also sparked a media uproar when she starred in 1987's "Angel Heart", in which she had a controversial sex scene with Mickey Rourke.

The 50-year-old actress starred alongside the American comedian - who has been accused by more than 50 women of sexual abuse - on The Cosby Show for nearly a decade. "I just leave all that to karma and just and what will be". She was previously Wednesday to musician Lenny Kravitz. She looks evenly at me. She's just as disgusted and concerned as everyone else is, but I don't think she has any insight. "It's news to her as well". Others accusing Cosby of misconduct include models Beverly Johnson and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit actress Michelle Hurd who claimed Cosby touched her inappropriately in the mid-90s.
