Cleveland Cavaliers point guard George Hill will miss Game 4 at IN because of back spasms. Hill has been bothered by a back issue since he was injured in the series opener.

Cavaliers coach Tyronn Lue says Hill was limited to shooting drills during Tuesday's practice and will start if he can play.

Hill missed Game 4 of the series, a game in which Cleveland tied things up at 2-2.

The 31-year-old Hill is averaging 8.7 points and 1.7 assists in the postseason.

Although the Cavs went on to even the series at two games apiece without Hill in the lineup on Sunday, they'll need all the help they can get in what is effectively now a best-of-three series.

Meanwhile, Cavs point guard George Hill is questionable for tonight's crucial game because of back spasms.
