IPL-2018: Rain stops play between KKR and SRH

Kolkata: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Saturday will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) match and astrologer believes that SRH will emerge victorious. The SRH bowlers, backed by some superb fielding, responded well to skipper Kane Wiliamson's decision to put the rivals in to bat first on winning the toss as they restricted them to 138 for eight.

KKR had reached 52-1 from the seven overs before a rain delay, during which Robin Uthappa (3) was given out caught behind to Bhuvneshwar on review, and Rana became the first man in this year's event to hit Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan for six. He gave himself a platform and in the 12th over had plenty of time to go bigger, but a return catch and the outstretched hand of Shakib Al Hasan (2-21) saw his demise.

The Next Stop: Kolkata will once again host on Tuesday with Ricky Ponting's Delhi Daredevils coming to town on the back of their first victory, with the top-of-the-table Sunrisers getting a six-day break before they travel to Mohali and meet Aaron Finch's Kings XI Punjab on Friday.

KKR captain Dinesh Karthik was not happy with his batsman.

After much success opening the innings, KKR made a decision to drop Narine down the order, according to head coach Jacques Kallis, to get quick runs in the middle overs. Although Bhuvneshwar Kumar's absence paved way for Sandeep Sharma in the side.

Saha hit three fours in third over bowled by Mitchell Johnson to get 16 runs from that over. After the CSK game, the way they have come back, all three bowled well for us so I am very happy with way the spinners bowled. Having shielded Narine from some pretty good new ball bowlers, he bizarrely sent in the West Indian at No 4 shortly after the powerplay and even had Shubman Gill down at No 7, below Russell.

Sunrisers Hyderabad are going through a wonderful phase and have won both their matches.

Fantasy Picks: Narine and Karthik are two dependable picks from the KKR lineup.

Kolkata Knight Riders will play their next IPL clash against Sunrisers Hyderabad at home on April 14.
