'The Sandlot' Cast Reunites After 25 Years on 'Today'

"I can't walk through a Las Vegas casino without someone yelling 'Yeah-Yeah!'"

On Thursday, the gang - including Smalls, Ham, Squints, DeNunez, Yeah-Yeah, Timmy, Bertram and Repeat - reunited on TODAY to reflect on their memories, share what life's been like since, and toss the ball around again.

It's been 25 years and the kids from "The Sandlot" are still as beloved as ever.

Actors Tom Guiry, Patrick Renna, Chauncey Leopardi, Marty York, Brandon Quintin Grant Gelt, Victor DiMattia and Shane Obedzinski got together for the reunion.

Missing from the reunion was Mike Vitar, who played Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez in the movie, but director, writer and narrator David Mickey Evans joined the guys on the mound.

Even after more than two decades, the cast proved they're still on top of the game when they played baseball. However, if you put the question to fans who grew up in the 90s, chances are they're going to tell you it's The Sandlot.

Evans believes that the love that went into the movie is what makes it such an iconic movie and why people still love it today, after 25 years.

"It made a big impact on a lot of people's lives", Guiry says.

When asked what their children think of their work on The Sandlot, Chaucey Leopardi, who played "Squints", said his own teen daughter "thinks I'm just kind of a dork".

For Patrick Renna, who played Hamilton "Ham" Porter, the reunion was a reminder that some friendships are just meant to stand the test of time.
