Watch Dogs 3 Is In Development, According to Ubisoft's AI

An Ubisoft-created AI has indicated that the video game company will be ready to announce Watch Dogs 3 at 2018's E3. It has received two games so far this generation and a new report points toward the third game in the series being in development. But as PlayStationLifeStyle noted last week, a couple of more specific signs of dogs being watched recently came to light.

The publisher has already confirmed that Tom Clancy's The Division 2 will be at the show, and it wouldn't be too insane to think Watch Dogs 3 might show up.

The final, and most critical, clue comes in the form of Sam, Ubisoft's gaming assistant, which is akin to a publisher-only version of Apple's Siri or Microsoft's Cortana AI, focusing on gaming tips and statistic-tracking.

Watch Dogs 3 might be a thing, if comments from Ubisoft's AI assistant Sam are to be believed. Someone had the idea to ask him about Watch Dogs 3 and it looks like the title is on the way.

Watch Dogs is akin to the open world Grand Theft Auto game from Ubisoft just with hackers instead of thugs and gang members. This was motivated by an April Fool's joke from Ubisoft that saw its PC game client, Uplay, sport a theme inspired by DedSec, a faction in the Watch Dogs games. "The Dev team works wonders!" The Tweet got deleted afterward but put us in confusion because "Everything is connected" is a phrase usually used to market Watch Dogs. "Can't wait for you to try it!"
