Nokia X Will Run On The Qualcomm Snapdragon 636

Nokia X or Nokia X6 is said to be the first smartphone to flag off the series, and leaks around the device have been steady.

HMD Global is announcing the Nokia X6 tomorrow in China, but apparently isnt doing a great job of keeping the phone a secret. Now, the price and the detailed specifications of the device have been leaked by Suning, an online Chinese retailer. The listing states the Nokia X6 will cost 1,499 Yuan, which converts to roughly £175/$235, putting it firmly in the affordable category. According to the leaked listing, it will come with a 5.8-inch FHD+ screen with 19:9 aspect ratio, Snapdragon 636 processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. In another report, the pricing details of the Nokia X6 have been leaked. The smartphone will sport a glass back with a notch in the front and a fingerprint scanner at the back.

Nokia X6 will come with a 3000mAh battery unit with a probable fast-charging support feature.

The Nokia X6 will come with a hybrid SIM tray and it will run on Android 8.1 Oreo with stock UI. The pricing details of the 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM are yet to be revealed, but what is sure so far is that these models are definitely going to be slightly more expensive than the 3GB variant. Coming to the cameras, the device will come with a dual camera setup with a 16MP and 5MP sensor. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v5, GPS/ A-GPS and USB Type-C. Having said that, Nokia X6 when it comes to India will compete against the likes of phones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. There should be a 6GB RAM option in the pipeline as well, while Tenaa also hinted at an entry-level 3/32 gigs SKU that's likely to blow our minds with its affordability.
