Presidency Lists Buhari's Achievements, Nigerians Fire Heavy Shots at Them

The President had departed to the United Kingdom on Tuesday to see his doctors after they requested for him.

PDP spokesman Kola Ologbodiyan said: "We need full disclosure about the president's health".

A statement released on Monday and signed by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu had stated that the President was expected back on Saturday 12th May, 2018.

The President left Abuja on Tuesday, May 8 for the medical trip.

The move stoked fresh doubts about the president's health and his ability to campaign for re-election at polls scheduled for February next year.


"The constitution does not say the president must disclose his health status, it only says he should make his medical vacation public to the House of Assembly".

The presidency of the federal republic of Nigeria took to its official Twitter handle to announce two of President Muhammadu Buhari's achievements.

Reports have it that the president who arrived Nigeria on Friday had initially planned to return on Saturday but chose to reduce his stay in the United Kingdom by a day.

"President Buhari just loves flying around".
