Priyanka Chopra's Fans Want Her to Play Ms Marvel, A Pakistani Superhero

Ms Marvel's alter ego, Kamala Khan, is a Pakistani-American teenager who comes from New Jersey.

"Captain Marvel's shooting right now with Brie Larson", Feige told BBC. "We have plans for that once we've introduced Captain Marvel to the world", he said.

Khan has made an impact in Marvel Comics in recent years, starring in her own award-winning series and briefly joined the Avengers.

MARVEL is planning to introduce its first Muslim superhero on screen. Also, Kamala writes Avengers fanfiction. We're dying to see her in a marvel movie.

Although Feige doesn't exactly confirm a Ms Marvel film, his readiness to comment about the teenage Pakistani-American superhero might indicate talks have taken place. Marvel is slowly starting to incorporate more diverse superheroes into the largest film franchise in the world, and it sounds like Ms. Marvel, aka Kamala Khan, is going to be part of that process. And now this fan-favorite character (whose very vocal fans have called for a solo movie almost every day on Twitter) could finally make her MCU debut.

When news of Ms Marvel's debut spread like wild fire, fans were quick to share their two cents on the flawless actor for the role.

Marvel bosses have confirmed Ms Marvel will be joining the MCU, and fans are divided over who should play the character.

And fans have already started campaigning for Priyanka to star in it. In case you have forgotten, Priyanka Chopra played a superhero from the Marvel universe in 2016.

After the success of Wonder Woman and Black Panther, Hollywood is introducing diversity with female driven superhero movies set to become a norm.
