According to the Health and Safety Executive, 31.2 million work days were lost due to illness in 2016/17, with 12.5 million of those due to stress, depression or anxiety experienced by employees.

This year's event was held on National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day.

"Get someone to listen to you if you feel you're in trouble, because being listened to is the beginning of the healing".

Trudeau was brought in by Bruce Power and is visiting Bruce Power today and will be sharing her message with employees on site.

There is another session as part of Mental Health Awareness Week at the same location between 2pm and 4pm on Wednesday May 16.
