Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown to stay on Netflix for

McGowan continued, writing that Bourdain and Argento - who, like McGowan, has accused disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein of rape - shared mutual emotional struggles: "In the beginning of their relationship, Anthony told a mutual friend, 'He's never met anyone who wanted to die more than him.' And through a lot of this previous year, Asia did want the pain to stop". CNN will air the latest episode of "Parts Unknown", which finds its host in Hong Kong, tonight.

Bourdain's ex-wife posted a photo Monday of their daughter Ariane, 11, performing at a concert while wearing boots her father had gotten her.

"Anthony would never have wanted Asia to be hurt, I'd like to think he would want us to have the collective conversation that needs to be had about depression", she wrote. "She wore the boots you bought her", the Italian TV celebrity and MME fighter wrote, addressing Bourdain. "I see all of us who have carried on", she wrote.

CNN confirmed his death Friday morning, and immediately tributes from Bourdain's colleagues at the network began flooding social media.

In a phone interview with NBC News, Gladys Bourdain said she never saw any red flags indicating that something might be wrong with her son prior to his death.

Many fans devastated by Anthony Bourdain's suicide are turning to reruns of his show to deal with their loss. As for Bourdain himself, Zucker noted he was "one of our best storytellers, hands down".

Since news of Bourdain's death broke, the post to the actress's Instagram story has been deleted.

In the lengthy letter received by The Hollywood reporter, McGowan, 44, revealed she was in the presence of Argento, 42, who Bourdain, 61, supported when she spoke out about Hollywood sex pest Harvey Weinstein as part of the Me Too campaign.

As his career progressed, Anthony documented his love for food on television, his most recent project being the CNN special series, Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. "His brilliant, fearless spirit touched and inspired so many, and his generosity knew no bounds", she said in the statement Friday. "He was my love, my rock, my protector". "Listen, I lived there for five years - nothing is done quickly".
