EA Reveal New Details About Anthem And A New Trailer

The official EA Play 2018 live stream will be kicking off very soon.

This is something else that could be discussed during the EA Play event, and might even be one of the big reveals of the day.

Players will get to be a freelancer pilot working with the citizens of Targus to figure out the secrets of the world and survive a looming presence of evil as you confront this world. First up was the announcement of Sea of Solitude. In the game you play as a young woman who's loneliness has turned her into a monster and her quest leads her to find out why she has become such a monster, and how she can once again become human. So, we can be sure there will be add-on content down the line for the game. During the press conference, DICE confirmed that Battlefield V will at some point receive its own "battle royale" mode, though specifics about how it might emulate the likes of PUBG and Fortnite or when we might expect the mode to land within the BFV client were not yet confirmed.

The new story shows off a lot of story elements.

The highly anticipated action title is set for release on February 22, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

"Regardless of how it's being portrayed, we're not look at that as a delay, we've chosen to launch Anthem in [the fourth quarter]".

Called the Legion of Dawn Edition, it comes with Legendary Armor Packs for all four of the game's Javelin power suit types (Ranger, Colossus, Interceptor, and Storm).

The world has been described as highly risky, with storms, monstrous creatures, and a deadly environment that requires the Javelin, a suit of highly protective powered armor. There will be paid cosmetics, in addition to other options to customize your Javelin. The BioWare fan also wanted to know why co-op seems to be such a significant focus of the game's marketing so far if co-op gameplay is actually optional and the game can be enjoyed solo. Instead, Tarsis offers a single-player, plot-filled hub full of computer NPCs, game-altering decisions, and friendship possibilities. The world is shared when out in the open with other players.
