Origin Access Premier is EA’s New PC Games Subscription Service

That's a business model we've seen Microsoft have success with when it comes to its Xbox Game Pass service, and EA wants to leverage its roster of properties to do something similar. That's pricier in comparison to the regular Origin Access service, which is $4.99 a month and $29.99 a year, but you also get a considerable amount of titles to play with all the new releases coming available.

Publisher Electronic Arts is launching its own PC video game subscription service called Origin Access Premier, it announced Saturday during its E3 2018 press conference. This is an evergreen game and there have been some new changes in the game that you might be interested in.

Being a member also means games from other publishers such as Batman: Arkham Asylum, INSIDE, The Witness, and more are playable. What this means is, you can play games like Anthem, Battlefield V, and Federation Internationale de Football Association 19 with no strings attached. The biggest addition will be instant access to new games as they release.

Unfortunately, no pricing for EA Origin Access Premier was announced, nor is there a solid release date. Alternatively, there'll be the option to pay for a full year's access, priced at $99.99. That'll help keep your hard drive from getting too cluttered, or needing to set aside a night purely for downloading and installing EA's ever-more-massive games. Like the regular Origin membership, users can take 10% on other Origin digital purchases. We have included a trailer for the game for you to check out.
