Spider-Man's E3 2018 appearance featured a long lineup of villains

That was definitely something different.

- From Software, the makers of "Dark Souls", surprised everyone at Sony's E3 press conference with. a virtual reality game, specifically for PlayStation VR, called "Déraciné". Here's every announcement from the show, in chronological order, to ensure that you don't miss a thing.

This is going to be hard enough. Swinging around feels as good as one might expect, and every swing has a goal to it. Spider-Man can't simply swing through the city without considering the environment. One of my favorite mechanics is the ability to toss environmental objects at your foes, whether you're toppling the bad guys with debris or throwing their grenades right back at them for a big knockdown. There was also a quick trailer for a Call of Duty map pack, featuring classic Black Ops maps being remastered for Black Ops 3 and Black Ops 4: Jungle, Summit, Slums, and Firing Range.

Megaton reveals were in frustratingly short supply from EA, Microsoft, Bethesda, Square Enix and Ubisoft, and with countless expected games pulling no-shows, Sony could've decisively "won" E3 just by dropping even some pretty mediocre teasers for these titles. In another bleak trailer, Cayde was executed at point-blank range by Uldren Sov, prince of the Awoken people. Samurai warriors are the legendary defenders of Japan - until the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the island of Tsushima, wreaking havoc and conquering the local population. "The trailer is the ideal way to share with the world what we've been dying to play for so many years - fighting back invaders in feudal Japan, mastering the katana and building your legend as "the Ghost".

Here is the first trailer for Ghost of Tsushima.

This is a new third-person game from Remedy, the same studio that developed Max Payne, Alan Wake and Quantum Break. Also, so many leaves! Resident Evil 2 will be reborn on January 25, 2019. The trailer showed nearly twelve minutes of gameplay. For now, this is what we know about Ghost of Tsushima. It actually looks really cryptic and cool!

Although the wait is nearly over, we now have a new trailer that is sure to blow everyone's minds.

A sequel to Team Ninja's take on the Dark Souls format, Nioh, is coming to PS4.

We hope you enjoyed another taste of one of our blockbuster action moments in Marvel's Spider-Man.

While a Sinister Six movie may or may not be happening (most likely not), at least they'll have the Spider-Man video game. Electro was the cause of all the commotion, releasing loads of criminals that attacked Spidey for some very Batman: Arkham-esque combat. Things heat up for Spider-Man as numerous Super Villains he has put away over his eight years as Spidey have escaped simultaneously. We're betting either Green Goblin or Miles Morales. Many of these are villains that this version of Spider-Man had put in prison during the eight years he's been active, further emphasizing that this is a highly experienced web-slinger. The artful trailer showed off a boarding school setting, and the girl you're trying to make contact with as a time-manipulating spirit.
