‘I have to do something’: Neymar blames opponents for diving dramatics

Brazil superstar Neymar has reportedly confirmed that he will stay back at his Paris Saint Germain next season.

"No", Neymar said when asked if the pressure was too much for him.

Real Madrid have been sniffing around Neymar for the past few months and may need to strengthen their attack following Cristiano Ronaldo's departure. "I have a contract and I want to win with this club", Neymar said in his first public appearance since Brazil was eliminated in the World Cup quarterfinals by Belgium.

The 26-year-old, who joined the the French champions from Barcelona for a world-record €222 million last summer, was voted Ligue 1 player of the season in his debut campaign in France.

However, he returned in time for the World Cup.

Although Neymar insisted Thursday he was staying in Paris, reports persisted that a move could be on the cards.

The Brazilian was criticised for play-acting after being fouled at the World Cup, but says he should have been better protected by referees.

The Brazilian attacker also took time to heap praises on his PSG teammate Kylian Mbappe and how he is relishing the opportunity to play with him again.

Real Madrid look set to be left disappointed with Neymar stating that he will stay at PSG.

"I have a contract and people know the objective, the reason why I went to PSG". "Real has a great squad that is going to be reinforced with magnificent players".

Neymar scored 28 goals in 30 matches in all competitions for PSG last term in what was a successful period before his injury. We knew that for a while, I am with him on a daily basis and know just how much quality he has.
