Tekashi 6ix9ine Robbed and Kidnapped After Filming a New Video

TMZ reports that the rapper was working on a music video in Brooklyn early Sunday morning.

Rapper Teskashi 6ix9ine has been hospitalized after he was kidnapped, pistol-whipped and robbed. When he arrived, someone reportedly pulled up in another vehicle and blocked his driveway.

Three hooded gunmen allegedly got out of the vehicle, grabbed Tekashi and pistol whipped the rapper knocking him unconscious. Once 6ix9ine regained consciousness, the men demanded money and jewelry or else they threatened to kill him.

According to the sources' account, the first thing Tekashi remembers is waking up in the back seat of the vehicle. Two of the kidnappers looted his house, taking $750,000 in jewelry and up to $20,000 in cash, while the third guarded him in the auto, TMZ reported.

Tekashi (pictured, right, with La La Anthony, December 2017) was thrown into the backseat and ordered to hand over and jewelry and cash. During the drive, Tekashi chose to bravely open the door and jump out the auto and one of the gunmen started to chase him but got scared he'd be seen so stopped. After they left the house, the gunmen preceded to drive away with Tekashi still in the back seat. Sources told TMZ he managed to get one of the rear passenger doors open and escape from the auto. One gunmen began chasing him but gave it up midway. 6ix9ine then jumped into a stranger's vehicle, asked for help, and the stranger called 911. That's when 911 was called and he was taken to the hospital.

Various tests, including CT scans, are being performed, according to TMZ.

Hours before the alleged incident, 6ix9ine released a brand new song called "FEFE" featuring Nicki Minaj.
