Google Pixel 3 XL fully revealed in hands-on pics and video

Another new tidbit we learned from these images is that Google is apparently planning on including a pair of Pixel Buds-esque headphones in the box, but these will be wired.

The images show the front and back of what appears to be the Clearly White variant of the Pixel 3 XL with that fingerprint reader on the back and a single rear camera.

That's because they are hands-on shots of an alleged full production model of the phone and if not genuine, someone has gone to an bad lot of trouble to make them look that way. Now, due to numerous leaks, we have a solid idea of what the device will look like.

The Pixel 3 XL will launch with Android 9 Pie pre-installed, obviously, and will get Google's latest software updates ahead of any other smartphone. They dont show anything unexpected – the Pixel 3 XL has a 1440p+ display (with a notch), is powered by a Snapdragon 845 chipset with 4GB of RAM and runs Android 9 Pie.

It seems the Pixel 3 will have the same problem, according to a bunch of early photos published by Mobiltelefon.ru. First, the notch design of the Pixel 3 XL looks like a mess. For now, the OS is "Android 9", although it would not be surprising to see that change to Android 9.1 in time for release-Google usually cooks up a x.1 release specifically for its phones. However, you can never see too many leaks, and this time they include a short unboxing video. In-box accessories can vary from country to country, so if you are that interested in pack-in Google headphones, make sure they come with the version shipping in your territory.
