And now, the Nokia 5.1 Plus is expected to be priced below Rs 15,000, which will also make it a decent buy.

The Nokia 7.1 Plus is expected to bring a larger notched display and come powered by Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 710 chipset.

Effortlessly stylish, understated and compact, the new Nokia 5.1 is an eye-catcher as its signature aluminium unibody design is refined to achieve ultimate quality, style and feel in the hand; while still retaining the rigidity and reliability you expect of a Nokia Android smartphone. In terms of optics, the Nokia 5.1 Plus sports 13MP + 5MP dual rear cameras with f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture.

Additionally, the upcoming Nokia device is rumored to ship with a circular fingerprint sensor placed below the rear camera module. The Nokia 7.1 Plus will naturally be part of the Android One program it is rumoured that it could be the first Nokia phone to ship with Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box. The Nokia 9 should receive the Snapdragon processor 845.

On the specification front, the new Nokia 5.1 Plus smartphone packs a 5.8-inch HD+ display with 1520 x 720px of resolution and aspect ratio of 19:9. The device may show in October this year, but the exact date of announcement yet.


The back panel of the Nokia 7.1 Plus also looks very much alike of the Nokia 6.1 Plus. Effectively, the smartphone will run Stock Android OS on the board with faster update support from Google.

The device uses a dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone with a 3060mAh battery and Quick Charge 3.0.

At the time of its launch in India, the worldwide variant of the Nokia X5 did not get a price tag in the country. Nokia 7 Plus may see a price cut soon as well.
