Meghan Markle reveals the activity that is helping her through pregnancy

Harry and Meghan have arrived at Sydney's Bondi Beach in the latest stop on their tour of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

The Duchess of Sussex is said to have taken advantage of the kitchen at the Admiralty House that she and Prince Harry are staying at during this portion of the royal tour. By the time the royal couple head back to the United Kingdom from New Zealand on 31 October, they will have completed 76 engagements, Metro reports.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry participated in one of the Duchess of Sussex's favorite activities this week.

Meghan Markle is getting real about her humble beginnings.

"I said I felt sorry for her having to do all these meet-and-greets while 4 months pregnant!".

Another shared, "Meghan was waving at us, and we got a glimpse of Harry as well, so it was a really good atmosphere, to be honest".

"I was very resistant [to yoga] as a kid", Meghan told Best Health.

"It's fantastic. I'm so happy to finally meet you".

The Duke and Duchess stopped after Mr de Groot's enormous bouquet of flowers caught the eye of Meghan, causing Harry to joke about the size of them.

Although, you'd want to have pretty strong arms if you're a member of the royal entourage tasked with collecting gifts, we noticed that the sheer volume of love-via-gifts from the couple's fans swamped the entourage pretty quickly.

Prince Harry showed off a few yoga moves.

Meghan and Harry diligently inspected a scaled miniature Formula 1 auto designed and made by Trinity Grammar students, but as the mini vehicle zoomed down a makeshift track, Meghan jumped and covered her mouth, before nervously bursting into laughter. They are just human beings.

"I actually think it is awesome that she actually got to meet Harry and fall in love with him".

The pair ditched their shoes, donned colourful leis and sat with a group who shared their experiences with mental health issues.
