New Call of Duty

New Call of Duty

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 players who enjoy shopping on the Black Market can do so from today on PS4. As part of today's Black Ops 4 server-side hotfix, Treyarch also explained why it downgraded the Black Ops 4 servers, and also mentions that they will roll out updates that will improve the experience for users. You'll earn progress toward these cosmetic items by playing the game regularly.

An absent single player storyline and a PC network exclusive on have worked in favour of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, rather than against it, according to an early Activision report.

Finally, the Black Market store front will update with the Blackjack's Shop in November. Contraband items will be delivered through seasonal Operations, with each Operation delivering a new batch of content every couple of months.

All-New Blackout Characters- New playable characters will be released with each new Operation. The first of those began Saturday on the PS4, with PC and Xbox One following a week later on October 27.

Specialists Outfits - Cool customization content built around themes for all Specialists in-game; you can even mix and match the look of your character within outfit sets.

Activision also plans to host several limited-time Special Events in the Black Market, starting with a Halloween-themed event that begins on October 20 on PS4.

After only being on the market for a week, Treyarch has followed through with their release of the first major patch/update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and it adds a ton of new features...well if you play on PlayStation 4 that is. It brings Halloween-themed unlocks that come with special items for a limited time, with more such events to come in the future, Treyarch said.

At launch, there are two ways to get new content via Black Market. The blog post does not specify whether players will be able to purchase these items with real money.
