Jurgen Klopp says Liverpool judged for not winning like Manchester City

Having impressively made their way into the Premier League at the expense of Aston Villa in last season's Championship play-off final, the London club quite simply haven't taken to life in the top flight. We have 27 points (in the Premier League), conceded five goals, done a lot of good things.

"[The players] need to change the body language".

Indeed, Liverpool FC have scored 25 times in those eight games to suggest that the Reds should ease to victory by a three-goal margin against Fulham on Sunday lunchtime. We caught up with Fulham season ticket holder and host and founder of the Fulhamish podcast, Sammy James (@MrSammyJames), to find out.

"The performance altogether over the whole game was unusual and not us". At the moment though, the poor results are pretty justified in my opinion. If we had the same form two years ago people would say that's great but now we always compare to last season.

"We go for everything but we have to build on our situation, to get more better and more confident".

Will he have a special plan for Liverpool?

"We had a bad game in Belgrade and we never ignore that". That's why I don't do it (talk to the players) directly after a game.

Have the 12 summer signings improved the team?

Not particularly. Finding a way of gel so many new players has been our main problem this season. Jean-Michael Seri is an incredible talent, but he's really struggled in recent games.

Which player should the Anfield crowd keep an eye on?

"Most of the time, 99% of the time, I'm really honest". He likes to control the play from deep, and his high passing accuracy means that when he's in the team Fulham are able to retain possession much more effectively. I don't run into the space.

The Anfield leg certainly was what you'd have expected.

"After the Huddersfield game, I told..." I'm not sure how many games you watch over 90 minutes.

What is the team's biggest strength?

'He has qualities like Joe [Gomez] has, like Dejan [Lovren] has, like Joel [Matip] has, so that is really good for us. Indeed he has contributed just one goal less this season as of now than he had at this time last season.

With the weight of 19 Premier League teams upon him, Fulham's Slavisa Jokanovic channeled his inner-Steven Gerrard for this weekend's pre-match press conference.

What is your prediction for the game?

It's going to be a really hard game, we all know that.

Fulham have won just one of their 54 away league games on Merseyside against Liverpool and Everton (D11 L42), a 1-0 win against Liverpool in May 2012. I don't want to see a reaction, I want to see a good game with us fighting and understanding the importance.
