Lewis scored on a one-yard run to draw Navy within three with 7:10 remaining.

The president arrived for the game in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday afternoon, tweeting about his excitement for the event before he landed.

Army West Point Black Knights (9-2) and the Navy Midshipmen (3-9) clash this weekend in Philadelphia for the 119th Army-Navy football game, marking the end of the 2018 college football regular season. Navy would get a defensive stop afterward and get the ball back in Army territory, and quickly capitalized with a touchdown drive to cut Army's lead to 10-7.

Joining President Trump and Sec. of Defense Mattis at the game were Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dunford and his replacement, Gen. Mark Milley, Sec. of State Pompeo, Sec of Interior Zinke, Sen.

While it took officials forever to figure out what to do, they eventually made a decision to re-spot the ball and brought the chains out on the field to determine that the Black Knights were about a foot short of a first down, giving Navy the ball with 14:30 remaining in the quarter.

Trump, who attended in 2016 as president-elect, will become the 10th sitting president to go to the game. That tradition began with Theodore Roosevelt in 1901. Last year's game had a combined three pass attempts and quarterbacks for each team are usually the leading rushers. It's the first time in history Army has won at least 10 games in back-to-back seasons.

The Navy Midshipmen are set to face off against the Army Black Knights at 3:00 P.M on Saturday. James Risch, R-Idaho, and Sen.
