Pacquiao, Mayweather cross paths at National Basketball Association game

Manny Pacquiao met with Floyd Mayweather Jr. and some of the members of the Los Angeles Clippers as part of the NBA's Filipino Heritage Night celebration at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Wednesday morning, Manila time.

Pacquiao visited the Clippers' locker room, and took pictures with the players ahead of their game against the visiting Charlotte Hornets.

It was about 5 years ago when an accidental meeting at a HEAT game led to Mayweather-Pacquiao finally happening.

Fil-Am Blackeyed Peas rapper apl.de.ap is also present in the house and performed with former The Voice PH finalist Jessica Reynoso during the halftime. The two boxers met at the sidelines and shook hands after the "Pacman" had finished tossing shirts to the crowd.

When reminded that fans get thrilled when they see him and Pacquiao interact, Mayweather said, "When history is written, I will be remembered as the greatest fighter ever."

But you gotta think if the money is right these two might one day meet again, in a boxing ring, though.

Manny Pacquiao is in Los Angeles this week promoting his fight with Adrien Broner, which takes place on January 19 in Las Vegas.
