Huawei P30 and P30 Pro leak in full

Huawei P30 and P30 Pro leak in full

Our favourite case maker, Spigen, has done it again. Our best guesses for when the Huawei P30 would be announced were either MWC 2019, which is a major phone show that takes place at the end of February, or in March, as that's when the Huawei P20 range landed. The leaked renders showcase the vertically aligned triple camera setup on the back of the P30 and a quad camera setup on the back of P30 Pro along with the water-drop styled notch on the front.

A new batch of images showing various models of protective cases for Huawei's upcoming P30 and P30 Pro flagship models also reveal both handsets in their full glory.

Huawei P30 could land at the end of March

While we don't know a huge amount about the Huawei P30 range yet, we have heard some things.

Like most flagship these days, the P30 Pro does not come with a headphone jack and we also noticed that there's a separate speaker grill at the bottom. While the teardrop notch on both models house a single selfie shooter, the P30 has three camera sensors at the rear with an LED flash under. Interestingly, if you look at the bottom view of the P30 cases, there's an extra cut-out hole next to the USB-C port. On the display is the date March 28. This is a confirmation that Huawei is keeping the 3.5mm headphone jack for the more affordable model. This is often a way of leaking the launch date ahead of time.
