What can Arsenal expect from Napoli in the Europa League quarter-finals?

That's all for today!

Petr Cech believes the relentless competitiveness of the Premier League is the reason for the dominance of English teams in Europe this season as his Arsenal side prepare to face Napoli in the quarter-finals of the Europa League next month.

He told Italian outlet Tutto Mercato: "We are happy that we have avoided Arsenal, but in saying that, nothing is easy".

While Napoli are 18 points off Juventus at the summit of Serie A and have not been able to challenge the Bianconeri like they did last season, Carlo Ancelotti has attempted to nurture an evolution of "Sarriball" since he took over at the club.

Arsenal will play their first leg at home.

The remaining tie pits Benfica against Eintracht Frankfurt, with the victor facing Chelsea or Slavia Prague in the semi-finals.

But Arsenal fans may be pleased to hear the news that three Napoli players have sustained injuries and are now major doubts for the first leg at the Emirates.

And accordingly the victor of the third quarter-final will play the victor of the second in the semi-finals. "It would be hard to play them with my history with the club".

If there is one man for Arsenal to look out for in the quarter-finals, it is Arkadiusz Milik. Two big guns there - what a tie!

In the other half of the draw, Benfica have been drawn to face Frankfurt, whilst Chelsea have perhaps been given the most favourable draw after being paired with Slavia Prague.
