Shocking video shows elderly man being pushed from bus before his death

"Detectives would like to speak anyone present during this incident on March 21, 2019, in which an elderly male was pushed from a bus near Fremont St and 13th St, around 5PM".

Cadesha Bishop, 25, was arrested on May 6, more than a month after the March incident.

In the CCTV clip taken from the bus's security cameras, a woman can be seen talking to Fournier as he walked past carrying a walker and heading towards the door.

Bishop was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where she will be charged for murder. On May 3, police were notified that the man had died from his injuries.

A preliminary hearing for her is scheduled for May 21.

As the man stepped off the bus, Bishop reportedly shoved Fournier.

Eyewitnesses say Bishop got in an argument with the victim and other passengers on the bus and she pushed the victim out the door.

Police are still looking to speak with witnesses. The Las Vegas Sun reported Bishop was identified thanks to a unique emblem on her jacket and a Spider-Man backpack carried by her son, who was on the bus with her.

Trevor Taylor, a neighbour to Mr Fournier, said: "No matter what his age, she should not have done that. People need a little more patience than what they have these days", said Taylor. Police said he was bleeding from the head when he was found.

Fournier leaves behind a wife, who is disabled.
