Cuba Gooding Jr. to turn self in on groping charge

The NYPD's Special Victims Division is investigating the alleged incident.

It was claimed earlier this week that The People v OJ Simpson actor was "highly intoxicated" in the nightspot when he allegedly grabbed a 30-year-old female's breast.

Cuba Gooding Jr. insists he never groped anyone in a club.

TMZ caught up with Gooding late Tuesday as he was about to board a flight back to New York City from Los Angeles, where he said he is "absolutely not" guilty of what he's been accused of. "That individual must have been unhappy about being rebuffed, and apparently went and made this false complaint", Heller said.

Fox News Flash top headlines for June 12 are here. I left. I met a bunch of people. Heller denied that there was an argument or an altercation.

The woman left the bar and called 911 to report the alleged incident after she protested and argued with Gooding about the unwanted touching, a source told CNN. In 2012, a male bartender in New Orleans claims Gooding Junior pushed him.

An arrest warrant was issued but the bartender declined to press charges. He said there's a video that shows "what really happened".

"I trust the system and will let the process speak for itself", Gooding said. There's a tape that shows what really happened. It also features a mini-golf course and brief views of the Empire State Building and other landmarks.

Cuba Gooding Junior came to prominence in the early 1990s with the role in John Singleton's movie, Boyz N The Hood, as well as A Few Good Men, and Jerry Maguire starring himself and Tom Cruise. His signature line, "Show me the money", became a popular catchphrase.
