Juventus To Sell Four Stars To Fund Paul Pogba Move

Former Manchester United coach, Rene Meulensteen, has warned current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, against signing Real Madrid's Gareth Bale.

With Eden Hazard officially signed, Real Madrid's attention has turned to their new main target: Paul Pogba.

Unsettled Pogba is next on boss Zinedine Zidane's hit-list - to play in a deeper role.

In fact, Corriere dello Sport report on Monday that Fabio Paratici, who was in Turkey on Saturday evening to watch Turkey beat France 2-0, made contact with the Manchester United midfielder after the game.

It has been claimed that his agent recently met the Real Madrid hierarchy and he has told the club about the player's will to stay at the Santiago Bernabeu next season.

Real Madrid asked Manchester United for their opening price for the player in order to start a conversation, but the reply could not have been starker.

The Wales worldwide has fallen well down the pecking order at the Santiago Bernabéu and it looks all but certain that Real Madrid will look to move Bale out of the club before the start of next season.

Juve hope to raise around €110 million from these sales, which would allow them to bankroll the signing of Pogba, or potentially Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt.

Real Madrid are also interested in the 26-year-old, but it appears unlikely they will pay more than £100 million (R1.8 billion) to lure him to Spain considering the money they have already spent on new signings in this window.
