Watch_Dogs Legion Reportedly Set in Post-Brexit London

Wario64 spotted the Amazon UK leak yesterday, and shared some screenshots of the listing.

"Watch_Dogs Legion is set in a near-future, dystopian version of London, the listing states".

The only other thing we know is that it will also take place in a post Brexit-London, which is ironic considering the circumstances around the real-life Brexit controversy. Considering that London is one of the Western cities with the highest camera surveillance levels in the world, it totally makes sense to locate in this city the latest scenario for the game. That'll be presumably kept back until Monday June 10 at 13:00 PT / 21:00 BST when Ubisoft's E3 2019 conference kicks off.

So there you have it, yet another confirmed Ubisoft title that we'll see during 2019. Much like the first two it's an open-world, GTA-like hacking mayhem simulator but now there's a new twist, you can play as anyone you like.

KitGuru Says: Watch Dogs 2 was excellent, so I'm really looking forward to the next one.

That's right, Amazon UK seems to have released the pre-order information for Watch Dogs Legion ahead of E3, and of course a couple of eagle-eyed fans spotted it and posted it on restera.

Watch Dogs Legion has become the official name of the official profile, asking for God to save all the NPCs. In fact, it's one of the few open-world games set within the British Isles since The Getaway back during the PS2-era. According to the leak, the game is set in London.

Something to look forward to: E3 is just around the corner, which inevitably means game leaks are arriving thick and fast.

Watch Dogs Legion was listed for the PlayStation 4.
