Chris Evans Rescues Refugees in New Netflix Movie Trailer

Chris Evans Rescues Refugees in New Netflix Movie Trailer

The rest of the trailer shows how risky the situation Evans and his crew - Girl on the Train's Haley Bennett, Game of Thrones' Michiel Huisman, Alessandro Nivola, Ben Kingsley and Greg Kinnear - find themselves in as they struggle to keep up with the hundreds of refugees needing rescuing.

The group of agents is led by Ari Levinson (Chris Evans), and the local leader is Kabede Bimro (Michael Kenneth Williams). The actor will be seen in Netflix's upcoming drama The Red Sea Diving Resort, based on the true story of how Ethiopian refugees were rescued during the country's civil war in the '70s and '80s. Nothing could point to them being Israeli or Jewish.

While in the process of determining how to evacuate the refugees, Mossad agents stumbled across a small village on the coast of the Red Sea known as Arous, which had been constructed in the early '70s by Italian investors hoping to start a seaside tourist resort but was soon abandoned.

The mission itself ran for three years in the 1980s, and saved the lives of thousands of Ethiopian Jews. The Mossad agents operating in Sudan needed a cover for being in country for as long as the operation lasted, and that's how the insane idea of leasing and operating a hotel on the coast of the Red Sea was hatched. According to Raff, "This is the story of a family, long separated, coming together, an example of how much better the world is when people reach out a helping hand". The Red Sea Diving Resort stars Chris Evans and going by his beard we think he shot for the film along with Avengers: Infinity War.
