Everwood: Stephanie Niznik, Who Played Nina, Dead - Scott Wolf Tribute

The versatile American movie and tv actress Stephanie Lynne Niznik handed away on June 23rd, 2019.

She began acting in some series including "Vanishing Son" and "Murder She Wrote".

For Nina Feeney, the neighbor of the Brown family, and ultimately for Dr. Andy Brown, (Treat Williams) at Everwood Niznik became a prominent figure. She has been involved in Life is Wild and has also been invited to appear in NCIS and CSI, along with her job in Everwood.

A native of Bangor, Maine, she originally meant to become a geneticist before graduating from Duke U. with majors in theater and Russian.

No cause of death has been given and her manager did not immediately return Fox News' request for comment. Stephanie Niznik returned to the Star Trek franchise.


In 1998 the Duke University graduate landed the role of Trill Starfleet Ensign Kell Perim in Star Trek: Insurrection. A special reunion was organized in honor of the series' 15th Anniversary.

Friends from her time at Duke have paid heartbreaking tributes to the star, describing her as "so kind".

She has also appeared in the film Exit to Eden.

Niznik was active in volunteering for hunger, children and animal rescue organizations and worked with Four Winds Heart-Centered Healing. In accordance with, United States publication Selection, the dying of Stephanie Niznik was "surprising".

Stephanie Niznik was 52 years previous when she died. She is survived by her mom, her stepfather, brother, and her two canines, Nucleus and Jake.
